2. What are the prerequisites or qualifications required to enroll in the course?
To get the most out of this course, it’s recommended that participants have a basic understanding of organisational development and learning theories. However, no prior knowledge of capability building is required. We figure since you likely work in OD, L&D, HR or talent development, this course will be a good one for you.
